Products · one account · permissions · US · UAE · India
Six connected products. One account behind them.
The ATS, the Recruiter Marketplace, Hireish, Staffio, Snappy Careers and SnappyConnect share one SnappyHires sign-in and one profile. A job or a profile entered in one reaches the products that serve its market; a person's data crosses a market border only with their permission.
The products
Each built for one audience in one market. Together, one network.
Employers post on Hireish for free; contractors find crews on Staffio; candidates build a market-specific resume in Snappy Careers; agencies run all of it from the ATS and brief recruiters from the marketplace inside it; SnappyConnect carries the calls.

Snappy Careers is the candidate's door: one profile, an AI resume builder with a variant for each target market (photo and salary where the Gulf expects them, neither where the US does not), auto-apply to portals in your market, and support packs — human CV review, offer-letter check, recruiter desks — in agent and human tiers. Jobs from every SnappyHires product appear in your feed. Candidates are never charged for a job, visa or training.
Two tools run the teams behind the doors: Snappyhires Finance, the ERP for RPO, executive search, staffing and blue-collar manpower billing; and WorkHub, the manager dashboard with a resume collector and an accountability engine. They keep their own logins today; joining the SnappyHires account is on the roadmap, with a recruitment academy and Dubai employment-visa support as the next products.
A requirement posted on Staffio for masons in Dubai appeared on Hireish's public jobs page and in the Snappy Careers feed, and was visible to agencies in the ATS. When it was closed at the source, every product marked it closed and Hireish stopped listing it.
Your data. Your market permissions.
A candidate signs in once and decides where they may be seen.
Cross-market visibility is controlled through explicit, auditable authorization and market-specific privacy rules. India is where most supply starts; the UAE and the US are where it is needed. Each corridor has its own paperwork, and the network carries it with the person — never into a market they have not authorized. These rules are enforced by the platform, not only stated as policy.
A candidate's permissions, as they set them — try the switches
The same login works on the ATS, Hireish and Staffio — look for “Continue with SnappyHires” on Hireish and Staffio, or sign in to the ATS directly. Snappy Careers joins in its next app release. Sign in with e-mail, with Google, or with a phone code when you choose it.
Resume, documents and work-authorisation answers are typed per market, so nothing is asked twice and nothing forbidden is stored.
Being seen in the UAE, the US or India from another market needs its own yes, recorded and auditable. Withdraw it and the profile leaves that market's view.
Jobs, applications and placements travel as events. Each product acts on them once and ignores repeats.
Per-market rules
The rules each market adds, encoded once and read by every product.
For procurement and compliance teams: how pay is quoted, what is asked, what is never stored, and how tax and privacy apply.
