How activity moves
One relay carries the activity. Each product acts on it once.
The plain version of what happens behind the network. Permissions and market rules are checked before anything crosses a border.
A job is posted, a candidate applies, a placement is confirmed, a job is closed.
The activity becomes an event, delivered to every product that should hear it and retried until it lands.
It lists the job, updates the pipeline or marks the job closed. Repeats are ignored, so nothing is duplicated.
Webhooks and a public API on the ATS and SnappyConnect let your ATS or CRM receive the same activity.

Delivery and duplicates
Delivered to the right products, retried, and never counted twice.
An event goes to the products that serve its market and audience. A product cannot show a profile in a market it has no authorization for, and every grant and withdrawal is recorded.
If a product cannot take an event the first time, delivery is retried until it lands.
Each product acts once on an event. A repeated event does not create a second listing, application or placement.
